LEAGUES & CLUBS

National Premier Soccer League (NPSL)

Division IV

NPSL is a national amateur league with teams rooted in local communities. It provides a platform for players, coaches, and clubs outside the professional tiers.

The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), founded in 2002, is one of the largest amateur men’s soccer leagues in the United States. The league features clubs from communities across the country and continues to expand as new teams join each season.

The NPSL operates as a member league of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA), which is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). In November 2022, the league was designated as Tier 1 within the USASA structure, recognizing it as the highest level of competition within the national adult amateur system.

The NPSL currently features clubs across multiple regional conferences throughout the United States. Teams are organized geographically to reduce travel while maintaining national competition.

The league has become an important platform for community-based clubs, player development, and supporter-driven soccer culture throughout the United States. Many teams operate independently with strong local identities and partnerships with youth clubs and regional soccer organizations.
